• Free shipping for artwork over £200

• For artwork under £200, shipping cost calculated at checkout

• Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail / Parcel Force and tracked to your door

Returns

• If you would like to return any artwork, please email info@rosejonesstudio.co.uk within 3 days of receipt & include clear photographs showing any damage

• All products to be returned within 14 days of receiving them

• Cost of return will be the responsibility of the customer

• Please return in original packing

• Lost returns will not be refunded, so adding insurance cover for the return is recommended

• Undamaged items will receive a full refund

• If returned work arrives damaged, we reserve the right to deduct some or all of the purchase price
